Antoinette (Toni) B. Coe earned her PharmD at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of Pharmacy and completed her residency in community care pharmacy practice at Martin’s Pharmacy/VCU School of Pharmacy. She then earned her PhD in pharmaceutical sciences from VCU. Her research focuses on improving medication use in older adults, preventing medication-related problems during care transitions, and examining the impact of pharmacists’ care on health outcomes. She is currently a research assistant professor in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy in the College of Pharmacy. She is a 2016-2018 Institute for Healthcare Policy and Innovation Clinician Scholar.
