All are invited to celebrate our awardees and the spirit of mentorship at the September 27, 2024, Mentoring Forum featuring Elizabeth Harry, MD, Chief Wellness Officer, Medical School, University of Michigan. Dr. Harry will present on the importance of well-being.
Following Dr. Harry’s talk, the seven mentors who contribute enormously to the research environment at U-M will be honored with the 2024 Distinguished Clinical and Translational Research Mentor Award and Peer Mentor Award. The awards will be presented by Emily Somers, PhD, ScM, Faculty Lead for Mentoring Programs, Education & Mentoring Group, MICHR, Professor of Internal Medicine and Obstetrics & Gynecology, School of Medicine, and Professor of Environmental Health Sciences, School of Public Health.
This event will take place on Friday, September 27, 2024, in the Dining Hall in Building 18, North Campus Research Complex (NCRC). The Forum will begin at 3:00 p.m., and a light reception will follow.
