Adrienne has a background in both basic science and clinical research. She is a microbiologist by education and training, having completed graduate and postdoctoral work in virology and bacteriology, respectively. Prior to joining MICHR-MIAP, she worked in the University of Michigan’s Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences managing the regulatory aspects of numerous clinical trials of ocular gene therapy.
