Ann Mehringer is the Program Director providing strategic direction and operational oversight for the Behavioral Research Innovation & Support Program (BRISP), the Participant Recruitment Program, and the Clinical Research Professionals Support Program. With over 20 years of progressive experience optimizing clinical and health research operations at the University of Michigan, Ann thrives on bridging big-picture strategy with meticulous execution to build efficient, scalable solutions for the research ecosystem. As a coaching-based leader, Ann is passionate about mentoring multidisciplinary teams, cultivating psychological safety, and fostering collaborative professional development. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Trial Design and Statistical Analysis from the U-M School of Public Health and is a nationally board certified health and wellness coach with NBHWC.
