Dr. Erica Marsh is the Co-Principal Investigator of the UM1, Associate Director of MICHR, and the Division Chief of Reproductive Endocrinology in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Michigan. She promotes integration of MICHR’s efforts surrounding equity in clinical and translational science and clinical and translational research with broader efforts around the university to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion. She also ensures that community-based participatory research values and principles are integrated in activities across MICHR. Dr. Marsh’s research program centers on the biological, genetic, and social factors contributing to health disparities in reproductive health with efforts spanning the translational, clinical care, and community-engaged spaces. For more than a decade, community-engaged research has been the cornerstone of her research program.
