Sarah is a design researcher and social worker who builds design processes that help surface nuance and need with care delivery systems in health, mental health, and social services. She uses training in both disciplines to integrate trauma-informed and community-centered approaches to dig deeper into complex problems. Before design research, Sarah specialized in service delivery and program design for youth mental health in New York City.
