The MICHR Participant Recruitment Program has developed UMHealthResearch.org, an engaged volunteer registry, offering University of Michigan research teams an online forum to post their research studies and gain access to + 47,000 potential research participants eager to help with research. During this workshop, you will learn how to gain access to these volunteers, best practices for writing your study posting & learn helpful tips to help maximize the tool's potential to aid in recruitment for your studies.

Important information about this seminar:
1-1.5 hours to allow for exploring both the volunteer and study team sides of the application as well as allow time for Q & A.
The training will offer guidance on how to secure IRB approval to post on the site, best practices for writing study postings as well as a deep dive into the tool's functionality and how to best utilize it to maximize its potential.
