Members of the U-M community who are involved in or interested in mentoring are invited to the 2022 Mentoring Forum and Mentor Awards Ceremony, which will celebrate mentorship and the 2022 MICHR Distinguished Clinical & Translational Research Mentor Award recipients. The Mentoring Forum will feature Tabbye Chavous, Vice Provost for Equity & Inclusion and Chief Diversity Officer and Professor of Education and Psychology. Dr. Chavous will present on the importance of diversity in mentoring. Following Dr. Chavous’ talk, seven faculty members who contribute enormously to the research environment at U-M will be honored with the 2022 Distinguished Clinical and Translational Research Mentor Award.
