New Research Center Aims to Improve Aging with a Long-Term Physical Disability

A $4.3 million grant will help establish a Rehabilitation Research and Training Center at U-M and Michigan Medicine. Michelle Meade, PhD, associate professor of physical medicine and rehabilitation at Michigan Medicine and a member of the Institute for Healthcare Policy and Innovation, sought funding from the National Institute on Disability and serves as director of the center.
