What is this offering?
MICHR provides customer service for applications it supports. These applications include the following:
- OpenClinica
- REDCap
- ENACT Network – SHRINE
- UMHealthResearch.org
Support includes:
- Vendor management for version releases and upgrades of the application.
- Timely communication of system downtime or other critical issues.
- Escalation and triage of support requests, as appropriate.
