When?

Contact MICHR as soon as you encounter an issue with a MICHR-supported application. Customer support is available 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday.

What is this offering?

MICHR provides customer service for applications it supports. These applications include the following:

  • OpenClinica
  • REDCap
  • ENACT Network – SHRINE
  • UMHealthResearch.org

Support includes:

  • Vendor management for version releases and upgrades of the application.
  • Timely communication of system downtime or other critical issues.
  • Escalation and triage of support requests, as appropriate.
