What is this offering?

Using Human-Centered Design (HCD) methodologies, the MICHR HCD team assists research teams by validating prototypes through real-world testing. User testing encourages a culture of continuous improvement, where feedback from end-users drives iterative refinement; this approach not only enhances the usability and effectiveness of solutions but also fosters user acceptance and adoption. By engaging stakeholders, including clinicians, patients, and other relevant parties in the testing process, researchers can ensure that their proposed innovations deliver meaningful impact.
