In this workshop, you will learn best practices in preparing for a new study before you submit an IRB application or for beginning a new phase of the research. You’ll get expert tips from an experienced coordinator that will help you save time, effort and money later in your study. This engaging and interactive session will include hands-on training including breakout rooms, so be prepared to participate. This session will not be recorded.
Previously titled “Hidden Curriculum: Preparing for a Study,” the workshop “The Study’s Funded! Now What? Tips to Navigate Study Start Up” has been revamped based on feedback from the 2023 participants.
Note: While the IRB application will be discussed in this workshop, it is not training on how to fill out your application. See your IRB for additional training in that area.his session will be held online, and the organizers will be in touch with more information after you register.
