Questions

What is this offering?

The Society for Clinical Research Associates (SoCRA) and the Association for Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) are professional organizations that provide internationally recognized certification for clinical research professionals (CRPs).

MICHR is committed to making it easier for U-M research staff to become certified by offering up to five scholarships per year for the SoCRA Certified Clinical Research Professional Exam or the ACRP Certified Clinical Research Coordinator Exam. Applicants will need to choose between the exams before entering the promotional drawing. This is open to first-time test-takers who meet certification and scholarship requirements.

Winners will be randomly selected from entrants who are taking the test for the first time, meet the SoCRA or ACRP certification guidelines, and follow the MICHR scholarship rules.

The promotional drawing is typically held in December with winners having the following calendar year to utilize funds. New drawing deadlines will be announced in multiple locations including the MICHR website and the Study Team Highlights Newsletter.
